The service was so shitty I asked for a refund of my unused credits.

Darren had a hissy fit. (admitted the service was shitty) then refused to refund my money ($100)

Then said I owed HIM $26.20...

I said take it out of my unused credits (17.5)

He said... no I owed him ON TOP OF THAT...
