You mean without being physically near to the box remotely...no I don't think so as if it's possible then it would be a great security risk and privacy too...but still would love to know from other members may be someone better aware then me ...but to my knowledge no it's not there
Use Xeev (Xtreme-editor.com) it allows you to change the M3U url in the editor hosted on a website. So you would have one URL from Xeev that you input in the box, and you can change the original M3U url in the editor online. The editor also allows you to organize the M3U, like change and edit groups.
How about getting your own domain name for $4 a year, which you have the DNS forwarded to the IP in question, and which you of course can change at your side whenever needed
