What are the providers using for management of their customers? Automated email reminders? Newsletters? Seems that WordPress could pull it off, but I can't find the right combination of add-ons. Looking for advice. I only accept PayPal, venmo and cashapp, so online payment is not needed. And I really don't want a website for clients. But a Web-based solution is absolutely a must. I just want a way to keep track of my customers and automate the emailing of payment reminders. I'm sure someone on here can help me out.
