Hello - I spent some time in Europe recently and noticed that the broadcast networks there offer their channel for free on their website, unlike here in the US where most channels require a cable subscription.
Does anyone have a list of these channels as a m3u playlist, preferably by country? I assume these would be legal since it's the channel themselves thats providing them?
Well to some point you are correct, however the channels they offer for free are supposed to be viewed in same country. Like UK has almost all channels available via various players but you can only access them in UK. You will have to use VPN set to UK to view that outside the country.

Few channels aren’t region locked outside of their home country.
