I believe that Smart TV platforms are cracking down on IPTV apps. If that's the case, might be best you get a Firestick or something similar.

I still have the Smart IPTV app in my store. I downloaded it a few days ago after doing a factory reset. Still shows up when I search for it.
You should probably just get a 4k fire stick. It makes installing apps such a breeze with the search feature, and installing downloader and filelinked is a good idea too
Smart iptv app is the best, I have tivimate, implayer on nvidua shield, always go back to smart iptv app... simple great nothing nosense, go back go forward , and best of all the picture quality and straight upscaling from tv if you have 4k tv
Found the app online and sideloaded it on my TV. Normal service has resumed. Still don't know why its not on the app store.
