Depends on what your are looking for. If it is strictly for iptv and you want the simplest most cable like experience, people generally use mag boxes or formuler boxes. If you want a full online experience of iptv and more, your best budget entry is the fire stick or up to the best on the market nvidea shield.
What subscription would you recommend
Beelink GT King or GT King pro if you don't go for a Shield. I prefer Android over Android TV.
Fire TV stick 4k anything more than that is overkill.
