I have tried an iptv service called bestiptvusa months ago on a monthly payment basis of $14.99 and while it worked fine for its first month, I switched to another one that I still use and works perfectly fine but as I tried to cancel the old one, I wasn't able to, to start with, the website is not even there anymore, I'm pretty sure the service is shut down, couldn't find a single trace, not a website to log in, portal for the account, nothing. And yet, every month they keep sending me a paypal email saying your automatic payment could not be completed and that I have an outstanding balance that keeps building up every month by $15. I genuinely tried to reach out, wanting to cancel and even pay the outstanding amount if that fixes everything but I legit can't find the website, it's not there anymore. Until I decided to login to paypal 4 months after and just cancelled recurring payments with the service but the paypal email notification said the following
" You successfully canceled the following recurring payment. PayPal will no longer bill you. If you did not request this cancellation, contact PayPal Customer Support toll-free at 1-888-221-1161.
Note: Cancelling this payment with PayPal may not relieve you of the obligation to complete your contract with your merchant. You should notify your merchant directly about cancelling this payment."
But how do I even contact the merch? Last email I got before I did this move was a payment failed, this is the screenshot showing the outstanding balance:
And god knows if they are still adding outstanding balance since I cancelled recurring payment through paypal months ago
As long as you have cancelled the PayPal recurring billing, personally I would ignore the emails from them.
They are not going to take legal action for not paying for an illegal IPTV service!
