A couple of things to try. You can go to m3u4u and set up an account. It is free and you can use their guide. I know their guide is ok for the US, but not sure about sky cinema.
Or you can go to xmltv and purchase their guide for 5 dollars for 6 months. Their guide covers the US, Canada, and the UK plus a few other countries. If you subscribe to them, it is pretty painless as far as I understand. From your iptv app you just enter the guide line (right below your provider) with your credentials that they send you. The guide is good up to 7 days in advance.
