Any reason why my IPTV buffers a lot on my PC? It works fine in any Android Device connected to same network.

I have a provider for a few good months, good support but he is not able to tell me what is going on.

When i try to watch on the iptv smarters on windows it buffers a lot, also the same when trying a m3u list on VLC.

I use the same iptv smarters on my Mi Box and my smartphone and those don't experience the buffer and i can watch hours and hours without any buffer issue.

I installed bluestacks on PC and installed iptv smarters on the emulator and its working without issues.

Am i missing something? Is there an option somewhere in windows network properties that is doing this?

When you load your m3u playlist url into vlc, make sure to click 'Show more options' at the bottom and increase your caching from the default setting of 1000ms to say 3500ms. This will give you a bit of pre-buffer. I use VLC to watch while im on my desktop and this helps tremendously.

Emulating smarters on Windows is not the best way to watch iptv. Try something native and see if you still have the issue. Like downloading the m3u and playing it in VLC.

I have the exact same issue and it's not just PC vs IPTV Smarters app on Android box - it's also IPTV Smarters vs Kodi with Simple IPTV addon on the same Android box. It looks like IPTV Smarters is extremely well configured to deal with IPTV streams. I have no other explanation. And yes, I've tried wired and wireless and VLC.

I experience the same thing.

I tried different apps on PC, including VLC. None of them were able to play without buffering.

My pc is wireless, so is my Firestick.

Firestick has no buffer while PC buffers all the time.

If android works but IPTV on the PC using VLC on a wired connection buffers I would say there is something wrong with your PC's network or something running in the background hogging the bandwidth.

My main PC and laptop play IPTV just as well as my android box.

Ive tried 3 different apps on pc and all seemed to work ok at first, but after a while started buffering and pausing and having to relaod channel list all the time. Its not the pc, cant see it being all 3 apps, so best suggestion ive seen and have to try now myself, is the post above by "elusive".

I use pot player and it work great, compare to vlc which rather slow and frequently crashed on my low end laptop đź‘Ť

Big question is why can’t they tell. Trust me there is good reason why you can’t but some times it comes down to isp throttling .. can play with your router to help aid this. Depends on platform for Pc as well. Some platforms are shocking recently but if your using pc web apps usually decent. Mine is spot on. Smarters is a bit rubbish these days 247iptv runs great .. personally my own apps work the best going off customers feedback

You need to try a few different apps. If its an older box make sure everything else is closed when testing
