Any advice for starting business as an iptv reseller?

by th3pheonix

So I've being here on the subreddit for a while now and all I find are offers from providers for resellers on r/iptvresellers/ and since I am looking to start a business as reseller and with all these offers I wanted to know how to choose the right provider that would be a good one for making profit and also to get a good support for me and for my customers ?

There's a few steps to take.

1)try a bunch of providers yourself. See what works and what doesn't. All providers are not created equal. Always remember any buffering or outages will cause clients to demand (or in case of PayPal) take their money back... This will be money out if your pocket.

  1. figure out how ppl will pay you. Set up your bitcoin accounts etc. Using anything like PayPal will give your identity away and likely end up with a knock at your door

  2. figure out how accept orders. Word of mouth? Website? Also double check your providers policies. Some companies like ipguys strictly forbid public advertising or websites, classified etc. If they catch you, they can take your panel with all your money with no refund.

  3. figure out how many credits you can sell in a one month period and line customers up before hand. You don't wanna buy 500 credits and end up trying to sell them a year from now. Any company could disappear tomorrow and you don't wanna send 490 credits down the drain.

Other than those 3 main things, the rest of how you organize your business is up to you.

Personally, back in the day when I did iptv I struggled with things like vacation and family stuff. How could I activate iptv when out of the country or on a ship? Stuff like that.

People want iptv instantly. They do not want to pay and wait for activations...especially if their sporting even is on.

In average, you might make about 5 bucks per month off of each customer. Only you can decide if it's worth the hassle. For many, it is not.

Most companies have great customer service when they start off. But as you grow bigger there's no possible way to offer good tech support for 5 bucks a month. Some customers are incredibly dumb and don't even know how to check their emails properly. Most people cannot read and cannot follow instructions.

In most cases, you're better off finding a different method of income.

Best way to start is buy 1 month subs from who ever you feel meets your need. check if they provide support and check it out. Once you feel comfortable with them buy the panel. PM me if you want info or test

Depends if looking to set yourself up from scratch, but knowing the correct people is key. Correct provider is key. My advice would be take out a few subs with providers see how the run there operation. My resellers set them self up with help as there own business. Obviously ways to go about. If you want a chat drop me a inbox will tell you how I do it

I have advice. Don't advertise. Don't trust people whos first message is "pm me to try out services."

They're obviously looking to earn some quick cash off naieve.

I'm not looking to sell you anything just have a discussion. Message me. I've been able to stay off the radar for 6 years.

If you have 30+ friends that will pay you monthly for their sub, then maybe iptv reselling is for you. But, if you’re starting with a big zero with possible candidates for subs, I think you’d be better off figuring out another side hustle. You’ve kind of missed the boat on the glory days of iptv. Again, it may be wise to try out other ways to make some extra dollars. Regardless, good luck to you. As for your original question.....you need to have a lot of patience to deal with the nutjobs out there. In my opinion, it’s not worth it😉
