Messing around with this emby. Iptv works but there like 5500 channels . I dont want all that junk to scroll through. Is there away to delete other languages or group them some how?

You're not alone. Best option I've found is to edit your playlist either manually, or with an epg service.
Have you a link to your Emby supplier, would really like to test it for quality
Surprised xteve hasn't been mentioned. Takes a bit to set up, but exactly what u want
If you select you most watched as favourites (click heart icon) Then if you got to epg top right there's a heart icon again click that..
Now your favorites will be first in the epg..
Another way I found was say sky sports
Multi select all the sky sports channels Create a collection Same for movies etc You will then get a collection folder on your home screen
