Can someone confirm the max number of days for catch up available on TV mate? My provider offers 7 days but as far as I can tell, TV Mate will only go back 3 days. Thanks

Catch-up in tivimate is up to 21 days if your provider supports it. You can change it in Settings > Playlists > Your playlist > Catch-up > Duration.
The catchup works fine for any number of days. The main problem people see with catchup, is that the initial EPG doesn't load more than 1-3 days,. But as long as you keep EPG for some days (default is 7), you can use catchup as soon as the EPG history is available.
My provider has 7 days catchup, and it works fine.
You can set it up to 21 days in the settings.
