Authentication error with MAG324

When I turn on my box, I get a login and password screen which I don't have either. Is the box itself or the server of the provider? Anyone else ever have this issue? I don't have access to the reseller anymore so I don't have anyway to be sure. All I know is one of the portals has a url of "patel7.net" and the ntp server is " pool.ntp.org "

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Your service has expired you have to call the provider to extend it or if you wanted to change or try other then Press setup button on ur remote control then you will be on System Settings Page > Servers >Portals
