iptvbox not 4k netflix certified - stream from a tablet to avoid quality limitation ?

Hi,

if I buy an iptvbox (not certified netflix 4k) is it possible to watch netflix in 4k by streaming netflix 4k from my tablet or phone on the iptvbpx ?

Not possible better to get certificated one such as Fire Stick or Shield.

I can't believe so many people use these boxes.....since I found mine doesn't even do 720p Netflix or prime I dont use it

I hesitate between Mi TV Box S and H96 MAX RK3318...I want netflix HD 1080p at least and a lot of canadian tv posts the H96 Max is not netflix certified (full hd 4k) but have way better hardwares components 4go ram etc...
