just backup your setup in options menu.
Then reinstall and load your settings from the backup.
Yes. Just use a file manager to cut and paste it . If you are having issues just clear the cache
Just backup and restore after re-installing. But before doing that, clear the tv guide and update it again (in settings > tv guide) and see if that improves things, you may not need to re-install if so.
Use a VPN . It’s either your provider or isp is throttle the port .
