We have a iptv subscription, M3U line and app running a Z8 and firestick . Every few days we can’t connect via M3U, apk, in home network, or via cell data. But our provider and other people able to. They reset the account and it’s fine again for a few days to a week and then repeats.

We are already running behind a vpn, have reset everything in the network several times. Provider is stumped. Has anyone ever ran into something like this.

Any help would be appreciated.

Don't know if this applies to you but I've had IPTV accounts that won't work with VPN

Our service runs on Helix network. Your account is most likely being disabled due to using multiple ip addresses. The system has a limit of 15 ip addresses in a 24 hour period. If your account shows logins from that many ip's it will disable the line because it appears that several people are logging in from different locations.

If your VPN is set to dynamic ip that would cause the problem. Set it to a static ip and you shouldn't have the issue anymore.
