Sorry to hijack the thread, but I'm curious about this app. I have the same app with a different logo for my provider. Do these guys all use the same app and rebrand it?
First check your internet, if it's ok then contact your provider
Err did you clear cache , or delete and reinstall?
Have you tried using a different app? TiviMate, etc?
I seen this happen when the same account is in use in multiple devices but check all other options first
Have you tried logging out then back in that worked for me yesterday same app different supplier.
Try to logout and back in, clear cache and last resort uninstall and reinstall.
I did until I got youtube tv. All problems went away.
No because I use two of the best and never have issues. Smoothstreams and Halo Streams
It just keeps loading and says network error.
