I use iptv extreme. Seriously. Get the pro version. It's great for VOD too as it can download the episodes you want and watch them on the go when your out.
I use https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ru.iptvremote.android.iptv which has casting enabled. That said, I don't think that Chromecast deals with some of the formats from the service I use.

Casting for iptv is really hit and miss and is a frustrating way to watch tv. You are far better off to buy a cheap firestick, your experience will be 100x better.
