Hey there I have a 2 subs with a provider and one runs on my tv and other through firestick on 2 different mac addresses. The one on firestick the theme got changed and when rebooted it, the theme went on and now there are no applications in the portal through stb emu. I change mac to the one I'm using with tv on the firestick it works fine but since changing theme on the firestick I cant change it back or owt no apps on main just says no apps. Tried to reinstall the whole thing even reset firestick to factory settings and nothing. I spoke with provider and he cant do owt cant even get in touch with the people who supply him from what he says. He cant even reset it from his end...... ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED. Googled it and I'm stuck, provider tried and he jus baffled lol. Thanks .
