i got a line from my provider for a friend.
set up fire stick in my house and then handed off to him.
it worked fine 1 day - then stopped.
now the line is not working in his house on his internet.
the line works fine on my internet, on 4g and also on fire stick when using hotspot on 4g.
tried IPTV starters, perfect, tivimate. same issue.
we have same internet provider and same iptv line provider
what could be the problem?
Is your neighbour using a vpn
It might be blocked on her router, maybe she has some automatic ip filtering firewall on it. The providers in Canada by law can't block any IPs. Not as of yet...

ipv6 was blocking iptv
downgraded to ipv4 and iptv works fine.

I would Getty VPN. Could be the isp blocking the iptv.

Get a free VPN and try it. If your able to connect then you can get a VPN if not that will rule out the IP block
Trying to reduce your high cable bill with a low end device like a Firestick . SMH
Ask your iptv provider to see if his ip is on the blocked list, provide him with your friend's ip address. If that doesn't work then try through vpn
