Why using a paid service (not knowing even if it is safe for your m3u list...) when you can use http://www.webgrabplus.com for free on a nas/local computer etc and setup your iptv app to get epg from your local source (updated when you want, how often you want etc)?!?...

I've used it for years with no issue and find it has the most epg data around the world. There are features I'd love to see like rescanning to auto populate newly added channels and being a bit more accurate when you first load your m3u or your provider adds new channels.

I'll admit I've only opened 2 tickets in the years I've had them, but each ticket was answered quickly and politely. But I also recognize each experience is different and won't necessarily match mine.

I'm not saying anyone here is not doing this, but I also search their help, tutorial and forums prior to submitting anything. I also indicated I'm my tickets not just with them but with any company, that I've searched can't find what I need and ask if they can either point me in the right direction or help me out. This way they know I'm not trying to help myself first.

Haven't had any real problems with the service. My PayPal is linked to my reseller account, so was suspended early, until explained I'm just using it for personal use, not my business. Other than that, I'm loving the service, 7 days EPG in advance. The guy on the other end of the emails seems ok as well. Oh well. To each his own I guess lol

By browsing his forum, it dissuaded me from subscribing. Unfortunately his way to talk to customers is rude.

If you don’t mind me asking, can you explain why the guy running this service is rude and a thief? That way we know what to look out for.

If you are an advanced user that likes to keep your passwords to yourself instead of using one of these web based services, then I recommend, m3ufilter . It's not easy to setup, but it's amazing.

I kinda have mixed feelings about iptv-epg. I fucking hate the admin, he’s the biggest douche alive but I like the service a lot. There is a little bit of a learning curve to understanding everything but once you understand it it works great.
