trying to Edit IPTV Smarters to remove unwanted countries

I have been using IPTV Smarters for months and I have been trying to figure out how to remove all of the countries whose languages are not English and I would never watch

I have 2 Amazon Firesticks and I was able to configure one of them months ago and cant find how I did it (I know, dumb)

Settings -> Parental Control

Then select the groups you want to hide.
