Suddenly stopped working on my WiFi

Hey all.

I have a great service (beams) but today it just stopped working on wifi. The portal loads up, I can even flick thru all the channels as normal, but when I go to play it won't load. This is on my mag 256 box, and also on GSE IPTV app. When I try with my cell phones data it loads perfectly, so it's definitely down to the wifi.

Any ideas? If it had been blocked the whole menu etc wouldn't load up.

I tried resetting the box but the issue is still there.

I live in a serviced apartment so I don't have access to the router, etc. But I can get them to take a look. It's a Fritz Box router and a dlink repeater or something.

Anybody suggest what I should be looking at to fix this?!

Try vlc on computer or phone on same network.

Have you tried with a vpn on the WiFi network? There is plenty free apps if you want one to just test it I would use x-vpn free servers pretty good and fast

Probably internet issue. Any way to put it behind a vpn?

SO THIS IS MY SET UP

I live in a serviced apartment with no access to the router.

The router is a Fritz Box 7490 and I have no idea where it is, its somewhere in this building.

In my actual apartment the Internet connection plugs into a dlink access point which enables my WiFi.

I have a mag box 256. Also have a nordvpn account.

How can I sort this out?!
