Playback error using Smarters Pro

by jasb1963

Can anyone suggest how to get Smarters IPTV app to work using Iconic Streams? My account is definitely live but every channel comes up with the same message - playback error, reconnecting in 3, 2, 1...

I have tried refreshing the channels, movies and series and refreshing the TV guide but still no joy.

I use Iconic on Smarters and have just checked after seeing this post. It all seems ok for me. Not sure if this helps much though.

Are you getting the error on any other player? I would suggest trying the player they supply you with to see if its happening there as well. Did you try with a vpn or without vpn?

So you haven’t been able to get your service to run on any player? Could be your entering your info incorrectly. Or your ISP is blocking you. Try a vpn or turn off your vpn. I would also try first unplugging your modem/router and streaming device from its power source for 5 munutes and see if that fixes it. If not show me your m3u string your using and maybe i can find an issue for you. Block your user/ password info.

Reboot modem, router, device, log out, refresh dns, log in... If it still doesn't play your either being blocked by isp, iptv provider is down or your bandwidth is to slow.

Thanks to all for the suggestions. I'll report back once I've tried a few things.

Thanks for all the comments and suggestions. I have now got to the bottom of it. It looks like there was an issue at the supplier side - they changed my password and did who knows what else to my account but now I'm back up and running.

I would still recommend Iconic for decent customer service and a wide selection of high quality streams.

Thanks again for your help. Case closed.

Uses Xtreme codes login as shortcut for your m3u. If you click on xtreme codes login info you will see the m3u. Im pretty sure theres an issue there. Check it out. Also, did you unplug everything for 5 minutes from its power source?
