Your 1st mistake is buying a 6 month sub! Your 2nd mistake is paying up front for 6 months and not knowing the IPTV service. Your 3rd mistake is posting all that info here!
No one is 24/7 support but should heard something by now surely

go to your account page, there you can find few options, like edit line and download line.
Use the edit line to select the channel groups you want and apply.
Then use the download line, which show a page with few options.
Use m3u plus, click on it. This should show a link to copy, use this in any app which will accept playlist link.

Lol i've had them for like half a year, they are solid, always works. Just buy 1 month at a time tho. Click edit line after you are logged in, and select the m3u or m3u8 lines and get the link. Just paste that link into an iptv app and you are good to go. I recommend only selecting the us channels or whatever country you live in, instead of all channels.
