Your TV processor will never keep up with IPTV streams. Get a Firestick 4k and use that with an IPTV service.
Smarters is an Android or iPhone/Pad app only. If your tv is NOT running Android, you're asking the wrong questions.

No not any iptv provider support smarters iptv , at least my provider cloudspal support it .
Why not all providers support Smarters iptv ?
Smarters iptv ask providers to pay them money to get licensed and use the app , so most providers simply prefer not to pay .
I use smarters iptv with cloudspal sub , and personally i think smarters iptv is the best app now
