I'm running stb emulator pro and myonline tv app but epg wont load on either of the apps. It's not the suppliers end its mine. Any help would be great

Have you been able to get EPG working on ANY app? If not I suspect it's user error
Is your Z7 fully up to date?
Open a thread on their support forum.
Use m3u4u.com and edit your playlist if needed I use there site and I get a full working guide all the time
