I have used various different IPTV services for years now. Recently, the provider I was using just dropped off the face of the earth without any notice. Now, my fire sticks and my LG Smart tv IP’s are still registered with that provider and I’m stuck! Any way to release my IP’s?
If you're trying to get the same provider your mac address/es will be registered on the panel your original reseller had. You need to contact the provider and have them release/remove your mac from his/her panel then purchase again.

I think we all know OP is talking about Mac and not IP. Either way if you cant get your Mac released by a reseller then...ifusing firestick it's likely stbemu so just change your Mac in stbemu. If smart TV then likely smart stb so change your virtual mac.
Nothing is ever tied to your ip address so that shouldn't be a concern at all.
