What he said try out that or ...try Stalker TV App and asked your provider to give you login details UN and PW along with URL ...you can use that as well for mac based services
Try ott navigator app..
On the black screen have you tried holding the back button until you see "Are you sure you want to exit" hitting ok then going into Settings - Apps - STB Emu - Clear Cache
