If you are using an Android device and would like a consistent TV Guide there is an app called "TV Listings and Guide Plus" in the Google Play Store. The app can be transferred from your Android device to Fire TV devices using the Apps2Fire app. It is also in the Apple App Store for iPhone and iPad under "TV Listings Plus" This is a great app to have for times when EPG's are down.

I’ve been using m3u4u to create/edit/sync my M3u and https://xml-tv.com/ as my TV guide source. 99% of my TV guide works including locals but took a little work to edit my list.
Well worth the $5 every 6 months for xmltv
