I hear that you type network streams in vlc player?
If one of my customers wants to use IPTV I just provide the network stream link for them to enter. I recommend they use the My IPTV program or smarters on windows instead though, much more user friendly imho.
Download the latest version - open it and go to the 3 horizontal lines top left (on Android) - go down to Stream - enter your M3U given to you by your provider/reseller and away you go.
If you're on Windows open VLC - go to the Media tab - select Open Network Stream (or just hit ctrl + N) - enter your M3U and away you go.
There are plenty of Apk's/Apps/Players I'd recommend over VLC though.
