IPTV blocked in Spain- Masmovil

I am using a Formuler Z7plus IPTV box with an IPTV provider. Worked in Spain for many years. My IPTV provider told me Not to use a VPN. So I did not for my Formuler box. 2 months ago I changed my internet provider from Orange to Masmovil. Fiber optical 600 mb up and down. For 2 months everything worked perfect, but now I cannot connect to the IPTV portal anymore. The IPTV provider said there are no problems on their side. Only after using my VPN (Proton) on the Formuler box I can get connected, but all channels stay black, probably not enough speed anymore.

Anyone with a solution?

I think your service have country lock , ask your reseller to change the country to the one you are connected to via VPN

Some Spanish ISP’s do block IPTV.

Keep trying different servers on your vpn until you get a decent speed. I assume you are using a paid vpn not a free one?

We’re on Orange here in Spain and it’s working fine.

Have you tried connecting with your browser, on a different device, to the portal to see if it is actually being blocked?

I'm using masmovil here in Spain no blocks on multiple providers.

Masmovil use CG-NAT on their connections. I had to ask to be removed from the CG-NAT on my line so I could run a openvpn server from home. I'm not sure if CG-NAT would interfere with IPTV in some way.

Did you maybe try with a different provider? If not I can provide you with a test.

Are you using a portal or a m3u? You dont need a vpn on good servers.

I decided to change my IPTV reseller, using PROTON VPN with country lock works perfect. So different URL and no longer without VPN. Thanks all.

Change the dns 1 and 2 to google / cloudfare and it will work
