Ask your reseller for one.
your provider should provide u with a new server link. Big sellers with known names are having this done to them as Informir is now a target for anti piracy groups but there is a fix as you old company has been reported and this will happend a lot to that company. Any mac address specific box like the mag has had this happen to them many times now. The seller changes is server link and send u a new one but u must contact them and provide information that your address is still valid account. If you account is not valid anymore then u need a new one. I can help u with a trial on that. Informir has a link to tell u how to reset your box as well
