im using smart IPTV for my samsung smart tv. Everything works fine when i choose not to use EPG. the EPG url works with Kodi. but not with Smart IPTV. it just crashes when i try to load the app.

You know that the app has it's own epg?
Highly recommend some sort of external android based device. This crashing will be a continual problem because smart TVs are not equipped to handle the load. It’s like banging your head against a wall, and expecting a different outcome other than scrapes and a headache.
your box needs to clean up if u have low ram . remove unwanted apps clear cache . Use only apks that u really use and get rid of the rest. easy uninstall is a great free apk to remove 1gb ram is very small ever 2 gb can be small when u have too many things
