When I apply the ISP's IPTV settings in my router, the internet over wifi is very slow, and sometimes there is no internet at all. When I remove these settings the problem disappear. I cotacted my ISP but they are so dump and have no solution.

What are "ISP settings"? Your internet provider requires you to enter settings?
Only router settings you should change is the child guard and web safety off esp on virmin isp to be fair thou if you use a vpn app them settings will be off already as you can't connect to a vpn server with them active
Why is your IPTV provider asking your make router based changes??
