I have 2 accounts with the same provider. One was a test account and one I paid for. The subscription is for 1 device but the paid account can't log in without too many devices error. I can only get in with the test account. I have factory reset the device still same problem. Is my MAC or IP address locked?
Most companies that use that app, are up locked. DM then if they have a messenger service or by e-mail. They usually reset right away. They may ask for a screenshot.
