Help a noob! STB EMU PRO CONTENT MISSING

Question

I've only had this Fire Stick for about 2 days so I'm not quite sure what's going on with the STB app. I was watching Dexter yesterday and all seasons were available. Today I tried watching it again but most of the content is gone. Only the 2 episodes I watched are available to watch. I tried restarting the app, deleting cache but it'a still the same.

Also yesterday when I scrolled through the TV Series section all tv shows were visible. Now I can only see the categories (Action, Animation, Comedy, etc) and have to click on each to see the show names.

Any help? Thanks a lot in advance, I'm a bit clueless on what to do.

Most likely on the providers end. I've seen a few services cutting older seasons/content from their selection of VOD.

That is most definitely a provider problem. Sounds like their stalker/ ministra is having issues,  or their content has been shut down.

Talk to your seller? This doesn't sound like an app issue, more of a provider issue.

They probably removed it... For free movies and TV shows install the app called Cyberflix, it's way more convenient than depending on your provider
