I have two Mag 322s and a Mag 254 running IPGuys. Been with them for years and only now am I having trouble.
I have one box running perfectly on ethernet. The other two were running great until they expired. I paid my re-up and have evidence the months are on the boxes but neither is able to run the service on either ethernet or WiFi.
Spoke to my provider and he said to unplug the router and modem, which I did but still nothing works. He said he has no other suggestions because he's never seen this before but is convinced it's internet-related.
I got new internet 2 weeks ago, if that helps and have the modem running WiFi on main and 2nd floors, and Google Mesh running in the basement.
The program starts loading and then an 'Authentication Required' box pops up.
Any help would be great!
