Issue installing ministra

Hi,

I've installed ministra on my smart TV, but when it looks for the server it says no Internet connection.

It seems like the permissions are wrong, and it's being blocked data services... But I'd be interested if anyone had seen this problem before?

Instead of Ministra Try Stalker TV as Ministra have some issues with it link or file tried to install at different places on different devices same issue but Stalker TV App works great

Thanks, but iys difficult because I I don't have access to the play store (in China) and stalker is a paid app. No issue with paying, but it's not installable without the play store
