Move your webhost to dmca free hosting / offshore server. Thats the right way to do. There is also "anonymous" servers to buy where hosting company dont ask none of your personal details and they also ignore 100% dmca notices.

Be a citizen of a country that is not USA. Host your website on a server that is in a country that is not USA, and you might be able to avoid DMCA things, however megaupload proved that this is not always enough.
