Hi, I've recently started getting an issue whereby my Perfect Player gets as far as the first screen with the loading bar in the centre and the bar keeps filling up and then resetting while not letting me get into the area where I can watch my streams.
Do any of you guys know any solutions to my particular problem?

Sounds like a provider issue...I don't know why some providers want their customers to use apps that aren't theirs. Your provider should at least have a dedicated app for you to use as a back up or for the service. Try your service on another app to see if it works if not its your provider.
Agree with last reply maybe try Mx player or vlc but the first thing I would do is goto settings apps fin the player you are using for the service force stop clear catch DO NOT CLEAR DATA turn box off for 10 second also always a good idea to turn router of for 20 seconds as well turn box and router back on let it all connect then try again to see if it has solved the issue as clearing catch and restarting router fixes 99% of issues 👍
Might be as simple as going into the settings on the firestick going to manage applications then forcestop >clear cache > launch application. It may work it may not good luck.
I'm using PP on FireTV Stick for a long time now (more than 3 Years) and it works fine every time and never had such an issue, maybe other issues like being sluggish some times and that clearing cache and restarting router and stick do the job of restoring normal state.
TiviMate is a great app but they cut most of the features from the free version, so for now it is only a backup defense line.
On Windows PC Best Player from Windows store is the one, it has many feature with a reasonable price after 14 days of trial.
Most apps players are not good. Tivimate is #1 Google play store to order.
