iProTv app: recording live channels 🥳

Hi 👋 A quick update for next version. i just send the v1.2 to Apple for review.

In the next version you will be able to record live channels (iPhone, iPad and Apple tv), yep you can record and then re-watch your recording right from the app! Better, you can download your records from using any device with a browser (mac, pc, tablette, phone etc) 🤩

Here’s a video of how it will work: record in my phone, download it into my macbook ! (You can do the same with your Apple tv)

Complete release note:

  • Now you can record live channels !!!
  • Download recordings from an other device via your browser
  • Last watched are now added to the end of 'Continue Watching' section
  • Now you can display/hide continue watching section.
  • Add info in swipe down for live channels
  • M3U playlist and EPG will be updated every 24 hours.
  • Fix Media title size in truncated
  • Other bug fixe.

Looks like a really polished app!

I have always wondered, is it possible to implement picture-in-picture on the iPad version? None of the current IPTV/m3u apps have this and wondering if there is a reason.

Looking to offer on android/ iPhone miss match? I have android shield and android tablet but iPhone. Looks promising. I’m using IMPlayer mostly at the moment.

Would you be able to share the recording from your iPhone to other apps? Like share it to Whatsapp or iMessages?
