Video/audio sync issues on IPTV

Hello IPTV experts. Question for you all...

Often, when I watch movies via my IPTV Smarters app, the sound goes out of sync with the video. This does not occur when I'm watching the live channels. My connection is fine, super fast, and my box is hardwired. The box I'm using is a MINIX NEO X8H PLUS. I know it's an older model, but can anyone tell me if the box could be the cause of this? I'd hate to spend a couple hundred on a new box, just to find out it was not the cause of this sync problem. Any ideas?

I recently purchased TiviMate IPTV player and it solved all my problems with audio sync. This is the app to make IPTV what it should be. Can’t rave enough about it.

Add VLC as an external player and watch them with that, if the audio is still out sync, there is an audio delay setting you can adjust to match it up manually

older devices sometimes have this sync issue. . Sometimes the issue is with your provider as well. Talk to him for advice
