MAG 322 Image downgrade questions

Hello All,

I'm having an issue with my IPTV Box. I can't use the current software with my provider, so he asked me to downgrade with an image he gave me. I followed the steps and when I use the firmware for it I'm getting the following message "Unsupported Architecture" "Image Description: NOBLOCK_324".

I have used other images from the web and get the same message as well. Please advise. Thank you

That's is the patch issue with mag 322 which is currently going on as I already lost 10 device due to it so we all are trying to find the solution of it ...so what your provider has given you is a patch which may have given to him by his provider and so on ...

Completely factory reset your Mag 322 (both Nand 1 & 2). Disconnect from internet and install an older version of Mag 322 frimware (2.20.09 or 08) using USB. Restart Mag, let it boot, then again reset both Nand 1&2, disable auto updates and install no-block frimware using USB. Restart and you are goog to go.
