My parents MAG box keeps going back to the show menu after watching a show for ~10 minutes. Anything they click it goes back to the menu... and they keeps calling me. I went through the settings but I don’t see any timeout or timer on the settings.
Is this normal? They’re getting frustrated they have to keep going back to the show and forward or rewind back to the spot they left on. Any help would be appreciated.
Xtreme codes allows certain connections based on your account. However many logins you pay for is how many u can watch. Either it be a mag device with MAC address or m3u file through vlc, or stb smarters/stbemu etc.
If you go over the amount, it will knock devices offline.
You can check your concurrent users with your portal address / user / password;
