I’m new to both of these worlds, but my IPTV is buffering and it’s due to my ISP, (EE, uk) I downloaded a free trail version of windscibe on my firststick 4K and it works great, no buffering at all, but the free version only give me 2gb of usage, it’s going very fast, is there another free VPN that has unlimited usage? Or is there a go to service everyone uses for IPTV? What’s recommended?

NordVPN works fine for me.
No one is going to give you bandwidth for free without wanting something in return. Think of what they get from you and what they can do with it and decide if it's worth it.

I have surfshark works alright and is cheap as hell if you do the 2/3 year one
I'm in the UK too and I use Surfshark. Much cheaper and more stable and faster than Nord imo, I tried them both and settled for surfshark. They have a £40/2 years deal at the moment.
I've had no problems with mullvad worked great with my last provider
Try touch vpn it is free works great you might have to change the protocol to see if it works here in Ireland using open vpn Udp protocol
Express VPN the best .. tried them all .. has best speeds etc

I like NordVPN. If you subscribe for 3 years it works out pretty cheap. Do it through the website though, not their android/firestick app. Seems to be more expensive on there.
