Most $10 a month IPTV sucks. Free would suck even more. It be unwatchable.

There are some free lists that have publicly (and some less public) available streams in there, Fluxus being one of the more known examples. Don't expect many premium channels there as these are not freely available. No one is going to put it on their servers and share it for free. Bandwith costs.

£10 a month is dear I had one for £30 a year had it two years only ever went offline once but came back on after few days no probs
