SIPTV problem with lists

I use SIPTV to upload my list, the thing is that they dont work, and i know that its working ok, I also saw that my mac address changed, does that means i have to pay again?, i did some basic trouble shooting no results, any ideas what to do?

edit: when i opened the SIPTV i got a timer counting from 0 and up

What do you mean it isn't working? It sits there trying to load it? Or?

If the mac address changed it means you switched between wifi and ethernet, siptv allows these two macs for each device but you will have to upload your playlist for each mac. If it's because you have switched to another device you will have to purchase a new license for that device.
