As far as I know, SiriusXM only allows one simultaneous connection per user so "shared"/hacked usernames won't work well unless no one else is using the subscription. Your best bet might be to ask a friend in the US to get you a legit subscription with a prepaid debit card, and then use a VPN to listen outside the US. SXM offers 3 month free trials and then when the trial is over, it's only $8 per month or so.
SiriusXM is currently free until May 15, no credit card needed.
