File Missing in STBEMU Pro

I am using STBEMU pro and android TV and for past week or so I am facing issues with VOD Multicultural content. It shows the guide, and when i click on it, it returns with file missing. Interestingly English VOD content is working well. My friend is using the same server and STBEMU and he has no issues with watching the content. I have tried removing the profile and adding new one. I have tried clearing cache and clearing data. I also tried uninstalling the app and reinstalled it. No luck so far. Tried changing the media players, no luck. Currently the default media player is IJK. Could someone help to get this fixed for me.

Update: Looks like some ISP blocking issue at the backend for VOD servers. Connecting through VPN and it’s working fine now.

Unplug your device for about 15 mins. Your device needs a solid reboot.

What url format are you using? Does it contain or end with stalker_portal/c/ ?

Also try changing the default player and see if it works.

More and more services aren't playing well with vpn enabled. It's usually something the customer forgets to try when having issues. They try everything else like you did but forget to disable VPN. Glad you figured it out.
